Rosemont Neighborhood in Sacramento CA

Rosemont is located just west of Rancho Codova and is a neighborhood between Bradshaw and Watt Avenue which is south of Highway 50. Most of the homes in Rosemont date back to the 50′s and 60′s with a few newer ones here and there. On the West side of Rosemont the homes tend to be a bit larger. There are quite a few rentals and apartments in the area as well as Light Rail into Rancho Cordova. Homebuyers be sure to search for homes and condos for sale.
